Get a Shelia - we had 2 nannies 20+ years ago. The agency no longer exists but got them from someone similar to these:

It's only 100 quid a week , pre and after school clubs are £45 a day.

We had several over several years. Mixture of Australians, French, Czech and Slovaks. Mostly very successful

Can't remember how we recruited them. I think it was through an agency.
